What is the biggest thing YOU personally get from juicing?
I love how after the initial hunger goes away, I have A TON of energy. Every juice cleanse I’m on, I spring out of bed at 6am ready to go. Plus, I always drop extra lbs and it gets rid of any bloat I have as well. It’s just a feeling of overall wellness.
How hard is it?
The first day for me is the worst but after that I’m fine. I recommend starting the cleanse on a busy day so you won’t notice it as much. I always do longer cleanses like 5 to 7 but I recommend starting out with a three day if you are unsure. Mentally you can do anything for three days!
Which cleanse should I do?
So there are two options of cleanses. Their main difference is SQUEEZED is higher in fruit content were as SUPER SQUEEZED is higher in vegetable content. I only do the regular squeezed detox. They are both great but I think I would personally get tired of mostly veggie juices, the fruit ones are so yummy! You also have the option to add a spicy juice, do it!! It boosts your metabolism and is my favorite of all the juices actually. And lastly, go ahead and get the cashew milk, especailly if you work long days or are planning to excersie on your cleanse, yes you can still workout!
