Included are two teeth whitening trays (which you will need to boil in hot water and mold to your own teeth, don’t worry it’s super easy). Two different solutions, the clear being the whitening gel while the blue helps against teeth sensitivity. You will fill the teeth whitening tray with just a tiny bit of gel and let it sit for one hour.The light is optional to use while the whitening tray are in (I did & I got fast results).
